The façade, inspired to the one of Santa Cristina made by Juvarra, was completed in 1764 and was attributed to Carlo Filippo Aliberti, Benedetto Alfieri's disciple.

The inside is a Latin cross with a single nave and three chapels for each side; the dome is placed at the transept crossing; at its extremities there are two chapels designed by Filippo Juvarra, consecrated to the Holy Family and to San Giuseppe, to the last one he architect from Messina makes a project for the altar (1735), one of the most beautiful of Turin.

In the first chapel on the right, of Sant'Erasmo, is placed the tomb of Madama Reale Christine of France, the wife of Vittorio Amedeo I, died in 1663.
