The history of a city presents itself through its buildings, its monuments and particularly, through its churches, testimonies of Christian centres that resisted through time.
Turin makes no exception to the rule, as shown by the Cattedrale del Duomo, the Santuario della Consolata, the Chiesa della Gran Madre and by other famous temples, already become city symbols.

Therefore, in order to fully know every aspect of Turin, we believed as important to examine the history and the architecture of the most relevant city churches.
