We want you to remember that the phone calls directed to Carabineers, Police, the Fire Brigade and Emergency Room are free of charge and are guaranteed even in the case of the interruption of the service.

For local calls it is necessary to dial the city code: in Turin it is 011.
For foreign calls it is necessary to dial the international code (00) followed by the country code (in Italy it is 39), the city code and the telephone number you wish to call.
